‘Bloggers Challenge’ Competition – Win £500 to Spend at Furniture4YourHome!

F4YHToday I’m delighted to begin hosting a fabulous competition for fellow bloggers on behalf of painted wooden furniture specialists, Furniture4YourHome.

With a fantastic range of the very finest wooden and painted furniture, Furniture4YourHome is the perfect place to find high quality and exclusive furniture to update and enhance your living space.  Whether you prefer painted oak, pine or walnut furniture, there is a style to complement everyone’s home.

Being so passionate about their quality furniture and how it can transform people’s homes, the company is inviting bloggers with an eye for interior style to take part in this competition, with the winner taking home a wonderful prize of a £500 voucher to spend at Furniture4YourHome.

How great would that be?  I’m sure we all have a room that could use some nice new furniture!  A smart new dining table and chairs, a lovely bookcase and coffee table maybe, or a new wardrobe in the bedroom?  So if you are interested in taking part for a chance to win this great prize, please read on…

How To Enter

All you have to do is create a mood board depicting a stylish room, using at least 2 pieces of furniture from the Furniture4YourHome collections and building a room scheme around them.

To give you an idea, I have had a go at creating one myself:

I chose the gorgeous Titanic console table with shelf and and a cosy leather armchair and footstool from the Furniture4YourHome website, adding accessories such as the fab flocked hare Abigail Ahern lamp from Debenhams, an Ikea rug and a Newgate clock.  I used Polyvore to create my mood board, but use whatever you wish – Picmonkey, Pinterest etc.  Feel free to create any room scheme you desire; perhaps you would like to imagine a lovely entertaining room, using one of the dining tables and a gorgeous dresser.  Or wardrobes and a bed to create a haven for slumber?  Or maybe a cool den with a TV plasma unit, sideboard and bookcase.  The choice is absolutely yours!  Remember to add some important finishing touches from around the web, such as lighting, soft furnishings and decorative accessories.

Once you have created your mood board, please publish a blog post about it, saying why you picked those particular furniture items and briefly describing how you brought the look of the room together.

The mood board deemed most stylish and inspirational will be chosen by the team at Furniture4YourHome and a winner announced shortly after the closing date which is Friday 1st May 2015 at 5.00pm (feel free to publish your post anytime between now and that deadline).
