This year, Easter Sunday falls on 4th April in the UK. This popular holiday weekend is one we tend to look forward to for a combination of things.
The weather is (fingers crossed) usually a bit warmer and the long weekend makes it a great opportunity to get some DIY jobs done, or get outdoors working on sprucing up the garden or patio. The kids can play outside and go on an easter egg hunt, which let’s face it is one of the highlights of the year when you’re young. We can also begin to look ahead to the summer and of course, let’s not forget the opportunity to enjoy some chocolate eggs! They’re not just for the kids.
To help you celebrate Easter in style this year, I’m happy to share a bit about a lovely online brand I was introduced to recently, called Pantry House. There’s also a great giveaway you can take part in at the end of the post!
About Pantry House
Pantry House specialises in the supply of premium seasonal treats and goods, as well as store cupboard staples such as cooking sauces, olives, chutneys, jams, cereals, tea, coffee etc. They also offer delicious cakes, biscuits, chocolates, non-alcoholic drinks and baking kits.
Need gluten free or vegan produce? No problem, there are plenty of suitable options to order and enjoy and Pantry House fine foods offer free delivery over £50. With their easy to navigate website you can find an array of quality ingredients for baking etc but also to give as gifts. I like the fact they round up monthly pantry favourites and provide suggestions for trying something new! You can also shop by brand and there are loads of premium brands, ideal for foodies!
I really like the fact that they offer something a bit different from the usual high street fayre, you could put together a gorgeous hamper of goodies for special friends or loved ones on their birthdays or anniversaries – or just if they are in need of a boost! All with the added convenience of having the products delivered to your door.
Ideas for Easter
If you have little ones in the family you want to spoil, make sure you check out the Easter chocolates from Pantry House for the cutest little baking kits and adorable treats such as hot chocolate spoons and chocolate Easter chicks!
The selection of goodies would make amazing finds if you’re organising an easter egg hunt in the garden this April 4th. Just remember to get a little basket or bucket for youngsters to collect their finds. Young participants might enjoy following some arrows or ‘bunny footprints’ which you could cut out of card and place on the ground, to lead them to the hidden treasures!
Giveaway
Pantry House is delighted to offer one lucky person a fantastic bundle of goodies. The winner will receive the following tasty treats.
The Bottled Baking Company Chocotastic chocolate orange cookie mix:
A selection of delicious Hullabaloos still lemonades:
A heavenly Coolmore chocolate fudge cake:
To enter, all you have to do is follow the steps in the rafflecopter widget below. You can do any or all of the options and the giveaway closes at 12.00 on 7th March.
Best of luck and wishing you a very happy Easter!
